Forum URL: princessmc.proboards.com/I didn't see this topic addressed anywhere and was hoping someone could help. For the past few days, the "next page" button on our forum advances to the bottom of the next page, and not to the top as it always has. I can't find the defect in my board's coding but may not be looking in the right place. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you!

Hi Oxynia, This is an issue that was spoken about here, however we've been unable to replicate the issue there. Sticking with this topic though, on your forum does the issue happen on every multipage thread for you? I see you're using Mozilla Firefox currently, do you experience the same issue when using another browser such as Internet Explorer or Google Chrome?

Thanks Ricky, sorry I missed that thread. I will ask my users what browser they're on. And yes, it does happen on every multipage thread on my forum.

It's fine that you didn't see it, as it's best that issues are separated into their own thread anyway just to avoid confusion Out of curiosity, is it some members that are noting this issue? Do you happen to experience it yourself or does it work fine for you?

So far, three members have reported it. I've experienced it myself and it seems to have started in just the last few days. It worked fine before.
Could you try clicking through some of my multipage threads? You can browse around as a guest without any problems.

Thanks Michael. I've asked them to identify their browsers and if it's Chrome, they can try either the incognito mode or re-installing their browser. I'm on Firefox and having the problem myself.

Firefox has private browsing mode that functions identically to Chromes incognito mode! If you could try that and let us know how that goes, that would be great.

Hm, I can't seem to reproduce it either. Can you do me a favor, and follow these steps:
1. Go to any thread where this happens, click the next button 2. Once the page loads, don't scroll it up or down or modify it in any way 3. Take a screenshot of the entire browser window, URL bar included 4. Post the screenshot here

Oxynia - is anyone that's experiencing this issue using an OS other than OSX? So far the only way we've been able to reproduce is on a Mac. It appears as though when you paginate, the page retains it's position, so if you were to scroll back to the top before paginating, it would load the new page from the top. Obviously, we'll add this to our bug list and try to get it fixed ASAP.

Yes, it does paginate properly when you scroll to the top before hitting "next". We were just hoping to go back to eliminating an extra step.
I'm on a Mac. Will ask my users what they're on as well.
Thanks very much for helping!
