Can you check if the order of purchase matters? As in, buying A before B and then B before A makes a difference? Also, what browser? I'll double check at a later date.

I think that when the member tried it, the order didn't matter, it still wouldn't work. I have to ask what browser, and if it worked in the end, but I'll let you know.

No, net yet. We're currently still compiling a list of all of the issues.

I've been following this thread for a few days as i have a forum who's shop just stopped working randomly a few days ago.

I just wasn't sure whether i was supposed to post this in the yourshop post or make my own, i hope i guessed right?

I was never able to figure out how to make shop functional for full site, so i was using it as a glitter gifting program, and just having users post up requests for what they wanted and taking care of them all myself instead of users running it themselves. Which worked fine up until about 3-4 days ago when it quit altogether.

Now whenever i click on members name and go their page and hit the edit users items/money tab it just goes to blank screen no error message or anything.

WE also ran into glitters not showing up(after they had previously just fine) in firefox for most users, and they do show up when users switch to i.e.

the money function never worked for us, i gave each user money to cover cost of glitters for members and none of their money ever changed at all despite the fact that glitter system worked and they did have and have purchased them previously. Which isn't really an issue for us we just wanted the glitters to work. (to be able to change and edit them per request from user).

I'm pretty unsure what to do to fix it? Or if it can be fixed or why it broke. And i had alot of glitters in it already loaded so i don't want to delete it if i can avoid that.

Any help would be greatly appreciated cause we really love this code, and the glitters we get from it. Sorry if i missed anything you need here to help or if i got it in wrong place. I'm pretty hesitant to bother you guys about something i can see is ongoing issue, but as i don't understand what most of the posts in this thread mean i thought perhaps it was time to call in for some back up? Thanks in advance so much!

Btw, not sure it's relevant but i forgot to add the shop button on top menu bar is not really the "shop" button. I added a new button with just a list of available glitter on it, cause none of the functions of the shop worked for any other member besides myself and others found it frustrating that their functions didn't work, so i just set it up all to be controlled by main admin, and they don't have access to any of that stuff. So it worked for what we used it for, but never really worked all the way for everyone? But i'd be happy to have it back to working how it worked for us previously. I don't mind running it all at all.

Hey, I'm having trouble with my shop and I've attempted to do everything possible to get it working properly again. I've been using the shop code for at least two to three years now and it's always been glitchy; usually the shop will disappear for a while and reappear at a later date.

Myself and the community on my forum have all attempted the following things to try and resolve the issue:
- Use different browers: FF/IE/etc.
- Edit the "host" script (on the computer) to allow the forum full access, which did work for a while and allow people to view the shop again, but that isn't working anymore.
- Disable/Allow scanners access to the site.
- Refresh cookies and temp' data in history.

Still, the shop hasn't been working or even showing for the past week or more. It only recently stopped working for me the past two or three days ago and I'm admin. Members have been complaining it hasn't been working for longer however.

Again, I've tried everything to get the shop working for myself and my community. Any help would be fantastic, because the forum revolves around the shop and the capability of purchasing items for RPG orientated role plays.

Eek... I just skimmed through the thread, does this mean we're currently waiting for a "new host" to host the shop coding now? I'm guessing this may take a while to happen.

It's probably nothing (because the shop can be glitchy) but for some reason, it's failing to work on my forum and hasn't worked for the entire day so far. I've asked people on the forum whether it's working for them, sometimes it can pop-in-and-out-working for people due to conflicting browsers or the likes; but it seems to have died for everyone on the forum today.

Are there server issues with Proboards right now that could be causing certain codes to not work? Or could this be the YouShop code dying again...?

Any help would be fantastic, thanks.
