Thanks, Scott . Definitely will figure something, but frankly, I'm not in a big rush since I took everything that loaded with every refresh off imgur already. I doubt a thread will use up SO much bandwidth, right? And Matt , thanks for the recommendation. I just think this situation could potentially happen with most image hosts. Just a matter of opinion on the controlling end probably. I used to use tinypic but after hearing of problems with them I switched to postimage, However I have the attachments system on my forum set to Staff Only so we can link items directly to the forums, we have the Postimage plugin for our members.

We have something similar, but instead of Staff only, I've got a hidden Member Group set up that we can add to certain Members to allow attachments as well.

We have threads and threads of TinyPic images without incident since 2009.
I agree with Mixed that a problem can happen on any free image hosting site.
My members like it ~ so until a problem happens personally on our board, I'm not depriving them of the choice.
But our forum images are hosted either on ProBoards or Photobucket ~ also since 2009 ~ without incident.

I understand, that is all up to the choice of the individual admin. Tinypic is the one I heard had the most problems and that is why I don't allow it on my forum, but it just depends on what the admin wants.

Of course. But just wanted to give a balance to the negative statements since we've had real time experience using it for seven+ years.
Should something happen, I'd reassess, but it would need to mal-function more than once for that to happen.

That's fine.
I prefer addressing issues as they happen, not what could be.
I wouldn't inconvenience my members and their choices for what could/might/may happen when our personal long usage history proves otherwise.
But in the end, we must each do what we think best.
