TBH the recently updated sidebar error is probably just a red herring — I can't see why that would cause any page "jumping", but it's the only anomaly I could find on the forum, since the issue never occurred for me. I would reach out to the plugin creator in their support thread (I believe the author is Todge) for them to troubleshoot.

If this level of customisation is only present on this theme, and it doesn't occur anywhere else on the internet or with any other theme on your forum, then it does point to a theme issue... I just can't repro it, which means I can't diagnose.

When did it start occurring? Do you remember the last change you made before you noticed the issue?

No; the spreadsheet can be configured to be more user friendly if you have that sort of knowhow, but ultimately the .csv file is all that's available since effectively PMs are just database entries.

Edit: I haven't downloaded my PMs in a while but I believe it's also only your PMs, and not PM threads / chains including other people's responses, due to privacy requirements. (Don't quote me on this one tho)

For what it is worth, I am the Kami that QueenFoxy was talking about; I was helping her recreate one of your v5 themes in v6. However, PB has put v6 development into hiatus, so the work is no longer necessary.

Oh I see, I'm a guest so she (correctly) had the ads enabled for guests to not eat up page views. A PB admin should be able to stop the subscription so her accounts are no longer charged. Otherwise, ad free costs a nominal monthly fee for 50,000 pageviews until the end of the month (or until the 50,000 views are reached, whichever comes first).

If there are other staff / moderators with access to ad free they can set up their own subscription and apply them to the board every month. -- I did forget, it may be possible that she had a succession plan in place with PB admins. It's not guaranteed, but some admins have done that in the past. A PB admin can look to see if she did. If not, that's okay and won't cause any issues provided that PB has another way of validating her passing.

Hi there! Unfortunately we can't do anything with regards to your membership on a particular forum (PB doesn't interfere with individual forums unless the TOS is being violated) so you'd have to figure out who runs the forum in question for yourself. If the forum is [this one], it looks like they have a [support board] with guest posting enabled so you can reach the forum staff there. Bear in mind that they may or may not choose to allow you to rejoin them, and that decision — whatever it may be — is entirely theirs and PB won't interfere.

EDIT: my apologies, it looks like their support board is also closed to guests; unless you can find publicly posted contact information, you may be out of luck.

As a note though, if you deleted your account, that deletion is permanent and the account cannot be 'reactivated'. You'd have to register for a new account.

JD Unfortunately I have been unable to reproduce this issue at all. Is it only on this theme on your forum? Do you have other themes with similar levels of customisation where it does or doesn't have this issue?

The only thing that jumps out at me is that your Recently Updated sidebar coding has a command to parse.icons and the console is throwing an error that it's undefined.
