As far as I can tell the data pertaining to that thread is perfectly synchronized between our main and backup servers, so even in scenarios where it could be expected to happen I don't see any inconsistencies in the forum's database which would cause it. Both sets of data are identical, so there's no case where a separate set of data with a potentially different post order would be loaded.

Hi, @smithj.
The field is looking for the post ID, not the link to the post. You need to provide the number that appears after /post/ when selecting Link to Post in the menu that appears when clicking the cog button beside the post.

Hi, stubo. You have the HTML that produces the notifications commented out in Themes > Layout Templates > Forum Wrapper (lines 32 - 37) so there's nothing the menu telling the page to display notification bubbles.

Hi, majormajor. Posts should always be ordered chronologically. The only instances in which a post would appear in a different spot than where it originated is if another post before it was deleted or if posts from another thread were merged into the thread.

I only have access to the Android version of the app, so depending on your device the method may be different than illustrated. If you open your forum within the app there should be a cog icon next to the title as shown below: Clicking on it should lead to a page where you can change how the forum appears within Tapatalk:

Hi, smhardesty. Anyone who is regarded as staff on your forum will still be able to access the forum while it's in maintenance mode. In Members > Member Groups if a user is part of any group listed here that has the Staff dropdown set to Yes they are listed as staff on your forum and can still successfully log in while maintenance mode is enabled. Everyone else who attempts to access the forum will be met with a blue maintenance mode screen regardless of which page on the forum they visit and will be unable to access the forum's contents even if they attempt to log in.

I unfortunately wouldn't be able to offer any other solutions or fixes as the device you specified isn't among our supported browsers. This also means that any issues specific to that device unfortunately won't be addressed by a developer as the percentage of users on our service who utilize it doesn't meet the threshold required for us to officially support it. Sorry!

Hi, Shi. When you increase the width of the mini-profile you also need to increase the width of the element it's contained in so that it doesn't overlap the post. Adding this to the bottom of Themes > Advanced Styles & CSS > Style Sheet should do just that.

Hi, ₪» ⅀ ƪ Ƒ «₪. No layout template variable exists for this. You would need to either keep count manually or utilize Javascript to look for boards on the page and acquire the count from the total it finds.

That browser is unfortunately not among our list of supported mobile browsers, though technically if you're using the desktop version of the forum it isn't designed to officially support any mobile browsers at all, even those we officially support on the mobile version.
The only thing of note in your screenshot is the PBN bar is zoomed in pretty close. I'm not sure if that serves as any indication that the content is just offscreen and needs to be scrolled into view but it's something to consider.
If you continue having issues I recommend trying to perform the same action on the mobile version of the forum as unsupported mobile browsers are far more likely to have a better chance of working there.

Hi, vanwoman. Can you provide a screenshot illustrating the issue? Also, is this on the desktop or mobile version of the forum?

Hi, cswanny. What you're referring to is a directory rather than a subdomain. A subdomain is something like "forum.usc247.com" similar to how our default forum URLs all prefix "proboards.com" with the name you specified when creating the forum. A directory is a path on your domain. /forum is an example of a path on your domain. However, it's not possible to place a ProBoards forum within a directory. We only offer this feature on Forums.net, our business-focused service. If you're fine with something like forum.usc247.com you can navigate to Upgrades > Custom Domains in your admin area click on the I have an existing domain name option, then select I want to manage my DNS. Follow the instructions shown in Option 1 to add a new CNAME record named "forum" within your domain's control panel.
