Can Todge's Poker Code be converted?

We have a Poker Room on our V4 forum and the code does not work in V5.

I've been doing some testing, and to get this code to function as intended I am either going to have to remove the edit button on posts containing a poker hand, or remove the 'Preview' option on the posting page (preferable).

Which would you prefer?

For my self i'll be fine with . Whichever one will be easier for you,  i'll be ok with you removing both if needed.

I would prefer the 'Preview' be removed.
Assuming the posts (not necessarily the hand) can be edited after posting.

Preview has been removed, that will allow editing of the posts but while the dealt hand will 'uneditable', and yes, the original posts should be converted once this is installed.

Is there a way to incorporate the card images in the code?

If so, I'll provide the ones I created oh so long ago.

Unfortunately, because there will be 53 images used by this plugin, I won't be able to write them all into the code as defaults, mainly because of the way the code needs to sort them, but also I doubt very much if one plugin would allow me to do that, so the card images will have to be remotely hosted by the user. But if you are willing, and if I can add a zip code as an attachment, I can add them to the plugin's thread and instructions for downloading.

Poker Plugin

Here's a zip file containing the original images..

deck.zip (14.73 KB)

Download the above file, unzip it and upload all the images into the same folder of your chosen image host.

Hopefully the instructions in the plugin are self explanatory, but if not, feel free to ask. And let me know if it works.
