I need a plug in to pre approve posts by certain members

the reported posts flagging will be an option. you dont have to use it. it just makes the post display the "under review" banner once it has been reported. if the report gets cleared, then the post can just be re-approved by the staff.

I have an 'anonymous' poster that was not caught in the quarantine.  ?

I need to go get that one then.  I didn't know if that was fixed yet.

Dropbox has 1.0.2. Library should have 1.0.3 unless Tim Camara hasn't had a chance to approve it

I have 2 plugins in the testing area with similar version numbers so I got confused. v1.0.2 shoul dbe the latest not 1.0.3

but 1.0.2 works on quick reply and guests when I check it.

it will have "manual quarantine" options in the gear menu for users you wish to have that ability.
hovering on the quarantine banner will tell anyone with "approved by" status why the post was flagged
after approving, a little green checkmark shows up next to timestamp for anyone with "approved by" status, hovering on that image shows when and who by the post was approved

since the key now saves pertinent info, I can setup a notification system where when a post gets quarantined, all the users with the ability the approve that post will have a entry added to their super key. the plan is to have a menu item show up in the menu bar at the top that when clicked will list all posts waiting to be approved, along with timestamp/author/rule and linkable to post itself. I have a couple hurdles to achieve first to make this work, and it will likely involve a second plugin to hold the super-key and functions in order to keep overhead of this plugin lower.
