Hi Mike mikemcd.  Sorry -- kinda of a noob at adjusting code.  I like your example.  But how do I make that happen on my forum?  Did you do that with the latest version of the game MSG produced, or the older version.  Does it matter.  Thanks for any help you can provide.  I plan on using the updated version for Halloween.

For those interested, getting a leaderboard added to the plugin itself is still on my "to do" list. Also, I think I've figured out a way to do this without the need to add yet another key to it. There is no ETA on this yet, though.

Still hoping that the leaderboard can be added to the plugin itself, or somebody can help those who are interested in the leaderboard.. Thanks very much in advance for all the work on this amazing plugin!

For the leaderboard stuff, look in the previous posts in this thread where I uploaded my version. You need to dig into the code though. Don't be nervous, just be persistent. I would help more, but I'm busy with so many other things.

I promise, if I can figure this stuff out anyone can with enough determination.

Hi

I have this installed and I as admin can see the container and use it around the forum fine.

However the members aren't able to see it or use it at all.

Not sure what I may have missed or not done for that to work.

Any ideas?

If this is for pinkyandfriends.proboards.com/ - I'm not seeing the plugin installed there (at least, not on the default theme).

Hiya, I am using it on the default theme. I know that members cannot also see this feature working, although it's working fine for me.

- On your Admin > Plugin > Manage page, if you click the Edit button for the Scavenger Hunt, is the Who can view this plugin set to Everyone or Members & Staff?

- If that is fine, then click on the plugin's name to get to its settings. On the What's the Prize? tab, at the bottom, what do you have the permissions set at?


A closer look on your forum did show me that the keys are present, so I'm thinking this has to do with not letting your members have access to the plugin.

Hiya, I didn't realise I could click on the EDIT bit to change permissions. I had it set so only staff could see this plugin from that part. I've changed it now to members and staff, hopefully it should now work for members too.

There is a new author and a new version of this plugin.

Scavenger Hunt v0.2.0 is now available in the library with an all new Scavenger Hunt support thread on this board.
