Hi, johnkenn. There may have been a brief moment where your domain had intermittent connectivity, but as far as I can tell it appears to be accessible now.

An ownership transfer involves moving the main admin account over to your global account, so no credentials are needed. The transfer is now complete, so you should be able to click on the icon on the bottom right of the forum to switch between your account and the main admin account.

catalyticsubterfuge, it's been a week and we've received no response from the other administrator on the forum so you're now eligible to receive ownership of the forum. Please let me know if you'd like to accept.

I'm not aware of any updates planned for this feature at this time. Sorry!

Hi, shannt10. In Themes > Layout Templates > Home change this: To this: And to reverse this change later on just change it back to the first code.

Regardless of whether or not a setting is visible in Tapatalk a push notification is only sent for a feature we support sending push notifications for. ProBoards forums will only send a push notification in Tapatalk for:
- New personal message received - Liked post - Quoted post - Tag - Bookmarked thread reply

The only instance in which the image may disappear is if you're hosting it externally on a separate service like Imgur.
If you upload it directly to the forum the image is hosted on our service instead as it's part of your theme. Theme images uploaded directly to the forum aren't typically subject to arbitrary deletion.

Hi, DSkillz. While linking an image from Imgur does work their terms of service forbids using their service as a content delivery network. You should be able to upload a logo image directly to the forum via the Images tab of a theme's settings.

Regardless, I would suggest explicitly closing the browser if the browser they're using normally defaults to the mobile version.
The forum will remain on the desktop version of the forum if either the browser cookie is still in place or their browser/device combination isn't being recognized as a mobile device.

Hi, vanwoman. The setting to switch back and forth between the mobile and desktop version of the forum is determined by the assignment of a session cookie to the browser rather than visiting a specific link. Have them try closing the browser completely, then opening it again. This should hopefully remove the cookie as their session will have expired.

I found the word "board" on our reserved names list and went ahead and removed it. You should be able to use your previous name again.

Are you saying that he can create a new username, using his existing e-mail address? Yes. They can even create a new account using the same username as the account that was deleted. However, none of their previous posts will be tied to the new account as that association is done by their account's numerical ID. This doesn't seem to work, as if he selects 'Register', rather than 'Login', it states that that e-mail is already in use, and then asks for the password. As he doesn't remember the password, the 'Forgot Password' and 'Recover' option should result in an e-mail to him. However, it doesn't. I can confirm that the Forgot Password feature is currently working as I just received the one I requested for my test account. Are they clicking on the Submit button below the captcha challenge after completing it? The email isn't sent until that button is clicked. If so, what was their username on their prior account?

Hi, hazelpenwill. Your forum's member list can be found by clicking on the Members link in the forum's navigation bar. Even when there are no pending members you can access the Pending Registrations page by navigating to Members > Pending Registrations in your forum's admin area. However, this link won't be available if you don't have the Restrict Registration feature enabled. Member approvals and rejections are recorded in Security > Security Log in your admin area.
