Hi, private. I don't see any custom star images uploaded to any of the themes on that forum. For that reason none will appear in the dropdown in the Groups & Ranks tab of the theme's settings. |

Only users that are part of a member group regarded as staff will be able to access the forum's contents. Members that aren't a part of any group meeting that criteria and unregistered guests will not be able to access it.

The maintenance mode feature found in Settings > Forum Settings in the admin area makes it so that only the forum's staff can access the forum and its contents. The forum will remain online but only staff will be able to successfully log into it.

In case I have questions about the ToS, should I post them here, as well? Feel free to create a new thread for any of these. Scott, would it be appropriate if I sent you a PM detailing the basics of this case, so you can perhaps give me a first impression before I contact abuseteam@proboards.com in a more formal fashion? There's no penalty for contacting the abuse department about content that ultimately doesn't warrant action on their part. As long as your report is an actual report and not a blatant misuse of the abuse report system (which usually involves using it for anything other than its intended purpose) you should be fine. |

Hi, txgirl. There's no delay between a post's submission and it appearing on the forum. If a post shows as having been submitted before another that means that the post was indeed submitted beforehand. |

Something majorly against the PB Terms of Service had to have occurred in order for it to be shut down. If a report were made to the abuse department, then it got investigated. They only shut down forums when the offenses are so egregious that they can't be resolved any other way. This is correct. There was no possible reason to shut it down except that it was a site for conservative talk and some liberal got offended and now it's gone. This is incorrect. ProBoards Support itself has been host to political discussions containing a multitude of conservative viewpoints. If the forum that serves as the face of our customer support allows for those viewpoints to be expressed I can't think of any reason a forum containing the same discussions couldn't be created. |

That's the File Size column. 0B stands for "0 bytes" which essentially means that the file has no size because it no longer exists. Deleting a post containing an attachment will usually result in the attachment showing that way in the list. You're more than free to delete those ones from the list.

You may not have permission to view that section of the admin area if the account you're logged into isn't the main admin account as even the Administrator group may not have all powers on the forum.
I don't know what forum this is in regards to since you didn't link it, but one of the ones linked to your global account has definitely maxed out its attachment storage space so nobody should be able to upload attachments directly to that forum at this point until older ones are cleared out. Any users who are still posting images are likely linking them from external sources rather than uploading them as attachments.

It's worth noting that neither of the notification types in your screenshot will appear in the Notifications tab of your profile. Bookmark notifications will appear above the Bookmark button, and Participated buttons show in the form of a "new" icon within the Participated button below the logout link. There are two mail log entries for emails that have gone out today for the email address you have tied to your account here. These times are in UTC. |

Hi, Boy_Wonder. Redirects are automatically reported regardless of whether or not you had the tab focused. Assuming it was a tab containing your forum that got redirected it should now be among the reports. |

Have both of those users recently posted? Each user's display name on the forum is a link to their profile, so I can easily see a bot trying to access those if they're on the page.
